New 2020 CR-V We purchased a new CR-V and our salesperson was Carol Heyse. Would not buy from anyone else, she is the best. She dealt patiently with our indecision We purchased a new CR-V and our salesperson was Carol Heyse. Would not buy from anyone else, she is the best. She dealt patiently with our indecision and got us the vehicle we wanted. This is our third purchase from Carol in almost 20 years and would have bought more but our Hondas just last and last, averaging over 12 years each on three vehicles. We originally looked two months before buying and Carol never hounded us but got back to us quickly regarding questions we had on the vehicle and financing. She worked out all the details and we highly recommend Carol if you are thinking of buying a Honda. We were also very happy with the service provided by Pierre, the dealership's insurance agent. He was able to work with our car insurer to provide us with the certificate of insurance right there at the time of purchase. That is the first time we have ever had that done. Usually we have to deal with the insurance company ourselves. We were very impressed with Pierre's professionalism and friendliness. Kim did a great job of processing our financing and working through some particular details. Lastly, we can't forget Frank who got our new car ready and transferred our vanity tag from our old car.
