I have had positive interactions with Dereck West, Carol and Mark-all friendly and top rate! By far I've worked with Dereck most frequently however, and he has such a kind and thoughtful demeanor and truly has a 'no problem" attitude about anything that has come up with my car's service needs. Whether I've had pre-arranged service or driven in with a last minute question about something, Dereck has always been pleasant and truly professional regarding my car's needs. Also impressive is the way Dereck has responded to emails or phone calls in a prompt manner. I am happy to endorse Ann Arbor BMW as an outstanding service experience. More

Terrific service for my M3 and 528xi I have been going to this dealership for service for 2 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Dereck in particular has been a superb service adviser and has been always straight to the point with me. I also really appreciate he can answer most of my questions via email when my car is being serviced over there. Note: all the services I had there were still under warranty. So not sure of prices when my cars need to be serviced out of warranty. More

Most importantly, the work that is done is as quoted and done right the first time. The service team also treats the customer with great respect and helps explain the details. I always feel well served. Dusty Harrison has been extremely trustworthy and helpful for routine maintenance, and helped me out when I've had an urgent unexpected need. Superb effort. More
