Wonderful and pleasant experience Buying this car was a big decision and of course I have been looking for other cars in different places but the experience I had here at Brandon Honda Buying this car was a big decision and of course I have been looking for other cars in different places but the experience I had here at Brandon Honda is what made me come back. My Sales Rep. was laid back and not pushy what-so-ever which really made this nerve racking deal easy. Everything was laid out and nothing was hidden. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly so to sum this all up if your looking for a car I highly recommend this place because of the friendly atmosphere and no haggle or harsh buy buy buy. This is one happy customer right here. More

Leasing a new Honda CRV at Brandon Honda was pure joy! I've known co-owner John Marazzi for several years from two dealerships in Lee and Collier counties of Southwest Florida. John and his entire team really know what makes the perfect buying experience for customers. Everyone was attentive to my needs and made driving the 2 hours from my home in Lee County well worth it! The car had already been prepped and was ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. After I got there, I debated between leasing and buying. They helped me understand my options and decide what was best for my own needs as a small business owner. I'm thoroughly happy with my new CRV and want to thank everyone at Brandon Honda for a job very well done! More

The vehicle I purchased does not stand up to the standards of "Brandon Honda" to be sold on their lot. I was told that each vehicle is conditioned and thoroughly gone over by their technicians befor standards of "Brandon Honda" to be sold on their lot. I was told that each vehicle is conditioned and thoroughly gone over by their technicians before being placed on their used car lot to sale. Ferris specifically stated that the vehicle was in good running order. "everything works". Upon driving home it was noted that the cruise control did not work. Upon hooking up my trailer, the trailer lights did not come on. The next morning the "check engine" light came on. I took the vehicle to my mechanic and the diagnostic test stated the thermostat was bad. It was then noted that the radiator was leaking. Brandon Honda did replace the radiator with much resistance. They did fix the cruise control and stated that they fixed the trailer lights. The trailer lights still did not work .They never check the thermostat. Upon driving home the "check engine" light came on. Took the vehicle to the Ford dealer and they confirmed once again that the thermostat was bad. After spending 600.00 dollars to fix the thermostat that was a 40.00 part that should have been replaced when the replaced the radiator, a "wrench" light came on. Returning to the Ford dealership, the diagnostic test now stated the transmission coolant system was bad. Now I am looking at a 2800.00 repair. I did purchase the extended warranty that they promoted only to find out that it does not cover this specific transmission problem. I have only had the vehicle for 1 month. Brandon Honda had the vehicle for 5 days. The vehicle will be at the Ford dealership for another 7 working days, and I haven't even made the first payment yet. I have made several calls to Brandon Honda. Only one person, Mary, returned my call. Then I get a call from customer relations to ask "How I like my vehicle?". I was told at that time a manager would call you back by the end of the day. I'm still waiting. More
