I bought a 2013 BMW X5 from YalCars today. We had a very pleasant experience and they treated us like family. We purchased this car for daughter's 16th birthday. It was extremely cold and snowing today and the salesman were more than happy to show us 10 different cars until we settled for this BMW. The owner personally engaged in the deal and made me feel very comfortable and at home. The price was fair and below market value. They continually offered us coffee water and soft drinks. Their longest were very comfortable with leather furniture. They also had a beautiful indoor showroom. Very satisfied with our purchase and how we were treated! We are definitely going back! My wife wants their BMW 4 series convertible. I am going to recommend friends and family to this dealership. AAAAA+ More

In December of 2019 I bought a 2009 Subaru Tribeca from this dealership, the service from this dealership was very good and I have no complaints there! However, one week after my purchase the check engine this dealership, the service from this dealership was very good and I have no complaints there! However, one week after my purchase the check engine light came on and the engine was running hot and noticed the smell of coolant coming from the vents. I took the car to a Subaru dealer and they found that someone had put a sealant in the cooling system due to a blown head gasket! Today is Feb. 26, 2019 and $5000.00 dollars later, I'm getting my car back with a completely new Head gasket, rebuilt heads, new radiator, thermostat and heater core damaged due to the sealant poured in the cooling system! I don't know if this was done from the previous owner or the dealership, but it is very odd that all these issues surfaced one week after the sale! They had to know something was wrong and sold the car me anyway! I know Yalcars is in the business to sell cars, and they are also in business to sell a piece of xxxx car!! Very unhappy and please be ware!! More
