I don’t usually write reviews but my experience with MetroWest Subaru Natick was second to none. From the very first contact with Carol T. , I knew I was in great hands. Her responsiveness, knowledge, and understanding of my needs immediately put me at ease. She then put me in the hands of Ross A and Chris Sargent and the deal went seamless! No bull, no pressure, fair deal, and a VERY happy customer !!!! Thank you MetroWest Subaru Natick !!! More

Staff were extraordinarily rude, aggressive, insulting, and incompetent to say the least. They repeatedly lied and had in-fighting between employees publicly. Mark Soloway was extremely helpful and friendly. I had a lot of questions and doubts and Mark was very good at answering and helping me to feel comfortable with the process. When my car was delive I had a lot of questions and doubts and Mark was very good at answering and helping me to feel comfortable with the process. When my car was delivered I was most impressed with Mark's knowledge of all the features and how to use them. He even called me two days later to see if I had any additional questions. Metro West dealership was pleasant to work with and I found everyone I spoke with very friendly and helpful. I also want to mention manager Chris. He was also very friendly and helpful. More

I had such a great experience working with Marc and his team at MetroWest Subaru. Every question and concern I had was answered and I was put at ease during the entire purchase. I went in by myself and bei team at MetroWest Subaru. Every question and concern I had was answered and I was put at ease during the entire purchase. I went in by myself and being a woman, it can be somewhat uncomfortable buying a car alone but I never once felt this way. They offered me the most money for my trade and it was a great deal overall.
