I scheduled a test drive and drove 2. 5 hours to see a used car on the lot. Carolan was kind and honored our scheduled test drive when another customer came to look at the same car. I took a short test drive and decided I wanted to move forward with the purchase. Ryan G. came over and spoke with us, and assured us that our purchase would easily qualify for the used EV tax credit and that we could also use the credit at the time of purchase. We were feeling very excited. But it was at this point when things soured. When Billy came to speak with us about numbers, we found out there was a hidden fee of $3,799 ON TOP OF the disclosed fees on their website ("Additional fees include a pre-delivery service fee of $1,298, a Private Tag Agency Fee of $189, and an Electronic Registration Filing Fee of $598, which charges represent costs and profits to the dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting vehicles, and preparing documents related to the sale.") This not only made the vehicle ineligible for the EV tax credit, but felt excessive to the point of bait and switch. After a lengthy discussion and thought of leaving, Billy was able to "make the numbers work" but I was very dissatisfied with the process. We agreed to continue with the purchase and were invited to sit in the lobby to wait for financing. It was another hour and a half before we were seen. At this point I was extremely frustrated as it felt like we had been forgotten about - nobody came to check on us the entire time we were waiting. Finally, Kathryn assisted us with financing the car and signing the papers to take it home that night. In all, the buying process took over 5 hours at the dealership on a Saturday evening. While I am very pleased with the vehicle itself, I caution others about the buying process because the sticker shock felt dishonest and has totally turned me off of recommending this dealership for future business. More

Very disappointed with Carolan, I bought a Miata from you so when it was time for my son to buy a car we went to you first. He felt pressured and didn’t like the price so he left the dealership. Carolan calls me and asks if we are still interested in the car and I explain no we found and bought a car from Honda. Same dealership owners. Then she says to me well that’s an unsafe car you bought. Saying this to a mom is not cool at all. I turned and did a little more safety research and it has a 5 star review for safety. Why stoop so low? You were not even right about the safety. You said something out of spite, which makes you very immature and down right not a nice person. We will never step foot in the store again. More

I have bought two new cars from Naples Mazda and each time my experience was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to take care of me. This recent visit, Carolan was my sales contact, and she took time my experience was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to take care of me. This recent visit, Carolan was my sales contact, and she took care of me through the entire process of buying my new Miata. I was treated like family here by everyone and I will always remember that.
