Cannot Get Out Their Own Way I have had multiple experiences with this dealership and while their pricing is decent, that is where it stops. 1.) First purchase there I called ahea I have had multiple experiences with this dealership and while their pricing is decent, that is where it stops. 1.) First purchase there I called ahead after find a car on their website, spoke to 3 different people to confirm the pricing and fees. I was not haggling, the price listed was what I was paying - asked about fees etc. was told a price and confirmed that price by 3 people. At the dealership, they try and swindle you by stating that there is a $1,000 fee to activate the Certified aspect of the car even though it is advertised and marketed as CPO with out that stipulation. 2.) They register the car to the wrong address and send the title to the car there. When asked about it, I was told that it was my problem to fix which resulted in hours wasted at DMV and more money to get a corrected duplicate title even though it was their mistake. 3). Schedule a service appointment through their website, receive confirmation, drop the car off the previous evening using their overnight key drop. Radio silence. Not one word from the dealership. No one answers the phone for almost 24 hours. After repeated calls that went unanswered, an email inquiry that finally went answered by a curt and unfriendly employee Carolina Rojas, more unanswered phone calls to the dealership (all during their advertised and confirmed hours of operation of 9-2) the dealership calls to say that the work was not done, they missed the car and that they were going to do it now. I refused and told them I was on my way to pickup the car. 4.) Arriving at the dealership, there is flurry of people there, NONE OF WHICH ARE WEARING PROTECTIVE MASKS OR GLOVES DURING A PANDEMIC. Also, none of which it seems are capable of answering a phone. This dealership should not only be ashamed of itself for its poor and questionable business practices but at the very least they should be protecting their employees or the general public they come in contact with from spreading COVID-19. In a time when the dealership is closed by the State of NJ as all sales departments of dealerships are supposed to be, it was surprising for them to make me go in through the sales side of the dealership only to find customers sitting at sales desks, but you would think that they would be grateful for service customers since they are the only ones they should be servicing now. Nope, they seem to not care about any of their clients, their safety or otherwise. Embarrassed for this dealership. More

Awesome, professional, and very helpful staff! Great Deals! I've been coming to this dealership for over 20 years now. I started with the 1999 Accent, moved on the the Tiburon, then the Tuscon, and now the Hyu I've been coming to this dealership for over 20 years now. I started with the 1999 Accent, moved on the the Tiburon, then the Tuscon, and now the Hyundai Kona Iron Man Edition. I've also been doing my car service here as well for the last 20 years. The staff are great. Their Mechanics are awesome and extremely knowledgeable. Keme Ekedo was my salesperson, and he made sure that I got the best price possible below the MSRP. Hands Down, Best ar dealer Ever! Most Car dealers, esp in NY or thieves, liars and Cheats. Hudson Hyundai in Jersey City provides the highest level of Service without peer. This is my Most Car dealers, esp in NY or thieves, liars and Cheats. Hudson Hyundai in Jersey City provides the highest level of Service without peer. This is my second purchase of a used Sonata Sport. This dealer allows you to purchase, not force you to Finance and charge you all those extra thousands of dollars. My Salesman for both Times, Mo L. helped me return my rental car. Before i left, he has the power clean my Weathetech mats. he even filled on the gas tank. Both he are Caroline communicate and keep you up to date . For those of you who desire a Hyundai car, go to Jersey City and visit Hudson Hyundai. More

The best Car dealer i have ever done bussiness with! Two weeks ago, my car was involved in an accident and the air bags deployed. The insurance company totaled the car and gave me a good check for my 2015 Sonata that had low mileage. For two weeks, I was looking at used Sonatas which I wanted to purchase, not finance. The NY area dealers, both use and full deceive you by using internet low prices and the you show up, that do not let you purchase the car and if you try to, the price shoots up from 5,000 - 7,000 dollar not including tax. The try ans get to to finance the car and you speed way more money. They also hit you up with fees and they are not good at meeting you to an attractive offer for used cars is excellent shape. I feel so lucky and blessed to have found the Hudson Auto Group (Hyundai) dealership in Jersey city. This dealership has a waiting are with a HDTV, coffee , water, and vendor machine. I saw an ad on ad search site , saw the car , wrote them, got a response right away, This was on a Friday so I replied asking if I can purchase the care, for the cost, tax, DMV, etc. I received a call from Mike and I asked him if I can purche, not finance thsi care if I can afford it. He replied "yes," you want an out the door so fine. He suggested I come look at it soon. I replied by saying maybe tomorrow or on Monday. I then receive a call from Carolina who said the car is in excellent shape, 1 owner and even offered to pick me up it I had to take trains down there from NY. I have rental car this paid for through today. She told me that they can bring to the Rental to drop off the car. I check with the rental car company and there is a drop off lose by. As i left to do to NJ on a Saturday where traffic is so horrible, I called Carolina to let her know i was on my way., Shortly after that, I got a call from Mohammed who introduce himself as the sales man who will be happy to work with me. I arrived after a horrible 2+ hour drive, and asked for Him upon arrival. He cam to met me, asked if I could please wait 5 minutes as he was finishing up with someone, offered me coffee, water, etc. He already had the key he told me and sad I can go look at the care, he indicated where it was.I looked it over, was impressed at the condition. I gave him my NY state drivers license,, he made a photo copy, then we went for a test drive. Al was fine, I asked if it was possible to place the care in their car wash before i leave and he said, absolutely. He was multi-tasking and keep me updated, He introduced me to Carolina who printed out the Carfax and the car has had one owner, no accidents, well service at the dealership. This car did not have the sticker on it yet, they is how new if was. This amazing dealer gave me a super deal, may better then the BS they all the NY dealer crooks could not close to. My IT career is awful so I did have have a lot of funds to get a great car like this s I am fortunate, blessed. and very lucky. i assure them hat I check my account before i left and the insurance check had cleared.. I wrote out the check and this excellent dealer assisted me with everything the insurance company, , registration, plates, etc. I even had enough left over since the deal was so great to get a fully extended Platinum warranty, Frank helped with that, printed out al the forms for both states, power of attorney, lemon laws, protect the information, etc. To this day and especially in the last two weeks, my experiences with Auto Dealers in nY has been very frustrating, stressful and unpleasant. Fast forward to March 23, 2019 at the Hudson Auto Group Hyundai dealer. Mohammed helped me gas u the rental car, dropped it off and gave me without doubt the finest customer service experience I had ever had in my life, bar none, That also goes for Frank and Carolina. I urge any NY's who want to get a Hyundai, Subaru or Chevy to go to Jersey City and get your car from this group. I first class 5 star experience That i had which I though I would never has until today. Kudos to al the wonderful people who work at this dealership, I am so pleased and I want allto have the same great time that I had! More
