Carlos was great. Ron sold me an extended warranty that I didn’t need using scare tactics like “major repairs are the number one reason people miss their payments”. We Ron sold me an extended warranty that I didn’t need using scare tactics like “major repairs are the number one reason people miss their payments”. We talked about the monthly payment amount with the warranty and without. After thinking about it more, I decided to cancel the warranty like I was advised that I could do. He then told me that the monthly payment would not go down like we had previously discussed. I feel like this was dishonest and used high pressure scare tactics to sell a warranty that was unnecessary (it’s a Honda, reliability is great, repair costs are low) I would recommend Carlos but definitely not Ron. More
