No thank you. I credit the sales manager for calling. I hope that he can use this dissatisfied customer experience to teach his sales force to not overpromise and underdeliver. Caroline said she would call when vehicle was out of inspection and never did, not sure why she called in the first place. I appreciate the opportunity to share my dissatisfaction. Thank you.
