After having my car totaled a few months ago, I had nothing but trouble getting a new car as this was an unexpected event, and having less than stellar credit. I had been to at least 10 dealers, had my nothing but trouble getting a new car as this was an unexpected event, and having less than stellar credit. I had been to at least 10 dealers, had my credit ran over 40 times (which further demolished my credit) and was either turned away, or approved with an astronomical downpayment. I had given up all hope on getting a car for the foreseeable future. Then out of the blue Connie from Roush Honda contacted me, offering help. Initially I had no interest in speaking with her due to my previous experience, and extreme doubt. However, she listened to my concerns, and assured me that she’d get me the help I needed to get me driving again. That’s when she introduced me to Parker. Which was a smooth transition, because she had already briefed him on my concerns, and seemingly unrealistic expectations. Right away Parker got to work finding a lender that would be willing to take a chance with me. Within three hours, Parker reached out to me with great news! Congratulating me on an approval with unbelievably amazing terms. From there, we had a few bumps in the road, but Parker went well above and beyond, and worked diligently to assure I got a car. Now I’m driving a beautiful new (to me) car, and couldn’t be more happy. Honestly I’m still in disbelief that he made this happen. 5 stars isn’t a fair rating. Parker deserves 100 stars! I will most certainly recommend Parker at Roush Honda to any and everyone who’s in the market for a car. Thank you for making it easy to do business with you, and thank you for taking your time to help me. I am truly grateful. More
