Do not trust the sales consultant call. I wanted to buy a car, pay cash, and Caroline said the car was not out of 117 point inspection but she would call when it was available. The manager was excellent, the salesman promised me a full tank of gas since the car I traded had a full tank. I had a very pleasant experience with Parker Jarvis and purchased a great used car last week. He was very attentive and understanding from the first click on the website, the initial and second visit, then purchased a great used car last week. I owe a huge thanks to both Rodney and Caroline! Rodney was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the tools I needed to make an informed decision. He was honest at all points during the process, and he has a was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the tools I needed to make an informed decision. He was honest at all points during the process, and he has a great personality that made car buying enjoyable! Caroline was extremely helpful as well. She explained each document related to financing and was a pleasure to work with. Not to mention both of these awesome people stayed at work past closing time (on a Saturday!) to make sure I could drive off with a great car.
