The manager was excellent, the salesman promised me a full tank of gas since the car I traded had a full tank. I had a very pleasant experience with Parker Jarvis and purchased a great used car last week. He was very attentive and understanding from the first click on the website, the initial and second visit, then purchased a great used car last week. I owe a huge thanks to both Rodney and Caroline! Rodney was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the tools I needed to make an informed decision. He was honest at all points during the process, and he has a was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the tools I needed to make an informed decision. He was honest at all points during the process, and he has a great personality that made car buying enjoyable! Caroline was extremely helpful as well. She explained each document related to financing and was a pleasure to work with. Not to mention both of these awesome people stayed at work past closing time (on a Saturday!) to make sure I could drive off with a great car. Rodney took the time to prepare all the finer details well before my appointment. He was upfront with his pricing and didn't waste time trying to sell me something I didn't like.
