The service advisor was polite, kind and empathetic. The issue lies with the dealership, I bought a car at your location with the added maintenance contract but when I go for my first oil change, they r The issue lies with the dealership, I bought a car at your location with the added maintenance contract but when I go for my first oil change, they rotate the tires without any indication about balancing. I brought the car in a standard condition for my driving which means mud and dirt due to gravel roads. To rotate tires and not balance them is assinine. There is no safe way to opperate the vehiclein that condition. The minute that I got to highway speeds it was clear what happened. I tried to call but kept getting sent to a call center even when picking the option for service advisor. So my only option was to drive back to the dealership with a car full of groceries that needed refridgeration. That is when I learned that I could pay an extra fee to not have my car try to throw me off the road due to the balance issue. I asked for the tires to be returned to their prior placement. Now I have another trip to discount tire to have them assist properly. This is poor business planning in my opinion, the cost of balancing the tires vs. an unhappy former loyal customer. This tells me clearly that the dealership is not the place to go when work is needed. Very disappointed in the situation but I will say that I think that the service advisor was trying her best and I do appreciate that. More
