Scheduling was a breeze and upon my service date I was checked in and waiting in minutes. Due to prior experiences elsewhere I was expecting a 2 hour or more wait for my servicing, but no, I was surprised to only have a 45 minute wait. I would definitely recommend anyone needing a servicing check out Royal Moore. More

Things went very well! Caroline was on it in regard to timing, repairs needed, and especially helpful with payment options. While I did not appreciate the 3% extra charge Caroline was on it in regard to timing, repairs needed, and especially helpful with payment options. Eddie Aguilar was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the repairs necessary, and the parts which needed to be ordered. Both Caroline and Eddie are employees who should be treasured! More
