This place is by far the worst dealership I have dealt with in 20 years. Stay away save yourself the hassle of being lied to and tricked. When a person says trust me that's when you know to run. Do not deal with Jeff or Alladin they are both money hungry thirst buckets who care so much about their reputation that they tricked me into coming back to start my rewards program only to have taken a survey that was meant for me by asking me to open my email so I did they then took my phone gave it to the receptionist who took the survey as if she was me to make their dealership look like they did nothing to harm me. Too bad for them I will not stop until I am completely satisfied that they will be reprimanded for their lies . Oh and don't bother with their consumer affairs team as you will be told that there is nothing that they can do because it's a privately owned dealership but guess what there's the bbb there's also a real consumer affairs team and also other outlets that our lawyers are looking into. As sad as it is even the car they leased me a 2023 looks like the tags were switched and I was sold an older model car. How do they get away with this I have no clue but like I said before there's a special place in xxxx for people like them More

This dealership I can’t even start to describe how unprofessional the receptionist is, the sales team and the sales managers are. I have called 78 times to get my money back that they essentially at t unprofessional the receptionist is, the sales team and the sales managers are. I have called 78 times to get my money back that they essentially at this point stole from me. I went in to buy a car and left a deposit, they didn’t call me back for 2 weeks. I ended up buying a beautiful 2021 Ford Fusion titanium and have been asking for my money back from this rockaway Nissan dealership for several weeks now. Does anyone have a suggestion on who to go to now in regards to get my money back from These crooks, the general sales manager and the general manager have yet to respond to my emails. Great first car buying experience Carolyn, was a big help. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy my car. When I was pushy she went with the flow. I like that she didn't try to coerce m Carolyn, was a big help. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy my car. When I was pushy she went with the flow. I like that she didn't try to coerce me into adding anything more to my car or to try and get a newer more expensive vehicle. Just didn't like that I wasn't given an owner's manual or my card as report. However, I did get to come back and get both. I am happy with my de vision to go to Rockaway Nissan. More
