Carolyn service is 100% once you walk into the building and leave the building, as well as the service Rockaway Nissan provides I consider myself a family member at Rockaway Nissan. More

Best in Class Dealer A colleague recommended Rockaway Nissan and Carolyn Gordon-Williams. I found the car I would consider on their web site, called Carolyn and made an appointment. When I arrived at Rockaway Nissan, the car was parked out front and a few hours later, the transaction was made. Carolyn and the finance team (Ken) made the car buying experience a pleasure. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and my new Nissan Rogue. Have since taken my car in for the first service. The appointment was confirmed by telephone two days in advance. The Service Advisor was efficient and my car was returned on time, as promised. More

I knew I'd be needing a car for months so I really took my time and went to different dealers, even stopped in to dealership while in a different state. Carolyn was the difference maker! Dishonest Practice I was scheduled to test drive a vehicle and got a call on the evening to confirm that I am keeping my appointment. I confirmed and asked to make sure I was scheduled to test drive a vehicle and got a call on the evening to confirm that I am keeping my appointment. I confirmed and asked to make sure that the vehicle was in the dealership. I had read other reviews stating that the vehicle that was supposedly there and turned out not. Obviously, I wanted to make sure I am not wasting an hour plus drive for nothing. Turned out that I was right on that gut feeling. Excuse: "That vehicle is not in this lot, but in one of our other 5 lots. I can show you something else right now". Stop it guys!!! These trickery does not work and shouldn't be part of the routine. Why waste everyone time when you know that a sale of another vehicle is slim to none?! I had asked for 1 particular vehicle. It is easier for you to tell me that the vehicle is sold then to waste my time to drive all the way out there. This dishonest practice has to change as the general view of car dealership is less than favorable to begin. Thanks guys for keeping this stereotype alive!! More
