I have been a faithful Customer at Mini of St Louis since the first year of the Mini Cooper in 2002. The entire Service Team including Mary Silver have always treated me Professionally, addressed my concerns and upon my departure, gave me the feeling that I was important! Arman was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional starting from when we were greeted by the gentleman who took my car into the service area followed up by Arman at the service desk and C professional starting from when we were greeted by the gentleman who took my car into the service area followed up by Arman at the service desk and Carrie, in the boutique.
