I'm always greeted in a friendly timely fashion. All departments do a very efficient job of keeping me informed of the service needed how long it might take and if any additional service is needed. I had other appts. to go to so the staff all worked together to have everything done in a timely manner. I forgot the extra key that needed to be returned so 'Angie came to my home & picked it up to save me from having to drive back from Marion to Forest City. She is very personable so felt like I met a new friend.
