My new Compass While we were dreading going car shopping because, typically, salespeople are aggressive and "in your face" we were pleasantly surprised and had a gre While we were dreading going car shopping because, typically, salespeople are aggressive and "in your face" we were pleasantly surprised and had a great experience at Surburban of Farmington. Our sales guy (Cassel) was not pushy at all and let us wander, test drive several vehicles and gave us space to discuss our options. Cassel was in used cars however and, we also wanted to check out a new Compass. He introduced us to Rob Love and the 2 of them worked together and I left with a new car. I am sooo happy.
