Jeep Cherokee 2016 Caselle was very nice and not pressuring at all to deal with! The last car I bought used the salesmen were what you would expect (almost felt slimey leaving the lot) but this time was a completely different experience. The finance guy Teddy was also very easy going, helpful and extremely informative even with trying to help me improve my credit. it definitely felt like the team here wanted me to feel like family! Even while I was waiting I was at least engaged by various sales reps and personnel who were extremely friendly promoting a low pressure environment! Given that I was in pretty much a good need for a more robust 4wd car due to work, I found a great deal and they moved as quickly as I wanted. I would suggest to the young lady with the twizzlers she keep some licorice flavored ones though! Excited to have been here and happy with swapping my accord for my Cherokee. Now I don’t have to worry about driving in any conditions to make it to work while before I worried my Honda wouldn’t even start in the snow! If it’s one thing I’ve learned about emergency medicine it’s that the weather can’t stop you from coming to work but a well worn car can. I would recommend this dealership to anyone intimidated by some of the sales personnel that tend to be the expectation rather the exception like this location! As for the manager Doug, I would have liked to have at least seen/introduces myself however I do understand that time doesn’t always permit. Two thumbs up to everyone here! More

In this particular situation my lease vehicle was going back on a Friday and I started my vehicle search on Monday of the same week. I just knew I was sorta out of luck until I gave a call to Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Farmington Hills. I inquired about a vehicle , and not two minutes later I was getting a call about the vehicle , so I was transferred over to a sales rep and maybe thirty mins later I was sitting at a desk. My salesman Caselle Henry made the process easy and worked with my work schedule throughout the week. Ben Ramey the finance manager went through my contract and agreements very throughly with me and gave me some helpful advice for the future and the day before my vehicle went back I was riding off the lot in my new Jeep. I have nothing but great things to say about Suburban Chrysler of Farmington Hills. More
