We came in unannounced and asked for a female salesperson specifically. We met Josie and were very pleased and impressed with her product knowledge and the flow and ease of the purchasing process. The whole process was completely different than what we were used too. This dealership does not add extra crap and then force you to pay for it. They offer it if you would like it. Much much better. I had my doubts going in but Josie was wonderful and kept us informed as to what’s happening. We traded in a car and went home with a new pilot in under two hours. The paperwork was only 20-30 minutes of that, the rest was us test driving and figuring out which model we wanted so very fast! Also to mention, she was able to adjust numbers right at her desk to make it work for us, no running back and forth and waiting etc etc. So much better than any other dealer in our minds. Thank you Josie and thank you roush Honda for treating us wonderful. I hope your service department is as good as the rest of them! As now we have 2 Hondas…. More
