Recommend because of my experience with Josh Wiswell Sorry I have to say dealers are not perfect people like we are not perfect either. There are more bad dealers out there than good ones. So good ones are especially precious to find as you can imagine. My wife totaled my 2013 Honda Civic purchased from Josh and Casey completely at the other driver's fault. I felt my previously owned Honda Civic was good quality as it seemed to be able to protect the driver during the impact. So I went back to Josh for another Honda, 2016 Honda Odyssey. Josh Wiswell (Sales Consultant) still works for Roush after three years of my initial visit. I initiated an offer by email as I knew him before with an offer number that is meaningful and lucky to me (like 7 in most western culture and 8 to Chinese people etc). I also thought it was an acceptable price and very quickly Josh accepted it before I even went there. The quoting process was smooth. The test drive was also good experience with the help from both Josh and Spyros Tabone (Sales Consultant). Casey was there saying Hi. Over 50% of my friends own at least one Honda including my boss, my coworkers many other friends. Given my experience, I would love to recommend Roush because of Josh to all my friends who is looking for a new Honda. More
