Excellent service from beginning to end! I recently purchased my third Honda. What keeps bringing me back is the overall quality of the cars along with the sales and service departments! I I recently purchased my third Honda. What keeps bringing me back is the overall quality of the cars along with the sales and service departments! I have only had positive experiences with the service department and have never felt like they were trying to sell me services that I didn't need. The service department is run like a well oiled machine from the minute you pull in the garage. Everyone has a job to do and they all do it well! My recent experience with the sales department was much the same! Matthew was a please to work with and the entire process was very smooth. He listened to what I was interested in, showed me my options and gave me the time I needed to make my decision! On delivery day, everything was ready and waiting for me. No surprises! I signed all the papers and was out the door in under 90 minutes! Five star service! I couldn't be happier with my new CRV! More

We ended up at Roush after a bad experience at another Honda dealership. Lee was receptive to our requests, and made the buying experience one of the best we've ever had. He worked with us on getting the right vehicle at the right price the right way. I don't write reviews typically, but felt a job exceptionally well done deserved recognition. More

Though I contemplated a different model of vehicle, I came back to Roush because their customers are a priority. Kristen, Rich, and John could not have been any more professional and helpful. They made a difficult situation into a positive experience. When my children were in an accident and totaled their vehicle as a result, the Roush team were interested in the well-being of the kids, as opposed to simply putting them into a new vehicle. And, that's just the buying experience. That professionalism is displayed across the company, from Service to front desk. I will not purchase from anywhere but Roush. More

Superstar Lexy! Wow! The team at Roush turned what I consider to be one of the most difficult times in my life, completely around! My car was hit at 5am on a Frida Wow! The team at Roush turned what I consider to be one of the most difficult times in my life, completely around! My car was hit at 5am on a Friday about a month ago. I was asleep when it happened and luckily, the person who hit me called the police and left their insurance information. I filed a claim immediately and sat and waited... and waited and waited and waited to find out that my car was totaled and that insurance was working to get me the money I was owed for the loss of my vehicle. My brother had just purchased a car through Lexy at Roush, and highly recommended her. I scheduled an appointment with Lexy and she quickly talked me into buying new vs. used. She provided me with the reasons I needed to hear and was very patient and just really listened to what I needed out of my new car. She found me exactly what I wanted and in the price range I needed to stay in. Lexy and her manager Casey worked with me to help me purchase my first new car, and I would tell anyone who is looking to purchase a new car to go see them. They were timely, friendly, detailed, organized and efficient. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!! More
