Subsequently, we had an issue with our 2017 CRV that was causing considerable consternation on our part. The issue involved another Honda dealership where we had to have repairs made while we were on vacation. Even though the issue was not with Roush Honda, Casey Brindley and Tim Fox jumped right in and led the way to facilitate an exceptional outcome for us as Roush clients. They demonstrated concern, understanding, and a take charge attitude to ensure that we were satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend Roush Honda when seeking a new or used vehicle, or, for service work on your Honda. There is no better Honda dealership in America. We are proud to be a Roush Honda customer. More

Ease of buying! This is my first experience with Roush Honda and definitely not my last! The staff made the car buying process very easy and FAST. We were in the market for a Honda Civic for my newly lisenced driver and son. He picked out a white Civic with cream interior on their website. I did some work in advance by submitting my financing application online and I recieved a call shortly after submitting the application from Lexy Baker. Lexy and Cameron Dean helped me with gathering the documents they needed to help me purchase the car before coming into the dealership. Once we arrived, not only was our car cleaned and ready to go but Lexy reviewed everything prior to sitting down with Cameron to sign all the documents. Cameron went through the paperwork and answered any questions we had. No haggle and no pressure. The price stated on the phone was the price that I paid, no more. Casey Brindley, a part of the management staff, came by and introduced himself and made sure we were taken car of. I appriciated the introduction and let him know we had a great experience. Prior to my departure, Lexy spend the time with us explaining the features on the car and helped us with our personal settings. I have purchased 2 other cars less than 12 months ago and I am still wondering what buttons are and I am probably not using features I knew I had. The dealership I dealt with (not Roush Honda) didn't take the time after the sale to spend with us. They sold us the car and rushed us out. Not Roush! They gave us the time and attention we deserved. From start to finish, I was at the dealership for just over 1 hour. (Mainly because we spent time taking pictures of our son and his first car!) I would highly recommend Roush and will definitely be back to purchase our next car. More

We are extremely happy with our new Honda CR-V and feel we were treated fairly with the price of it and our trade-in. Lexy has followed up with us after we brought our car, asking us to contact them with any questions and thanked us for choosing Roush Honda, Westerville. We will call her cause we have questions on the technologies. WOW! So much to learn. We have owned two Honda vehicles previously but went on internet for the CR-V Touring model and Lexy was the only one to call us back. In fact, she called twice. More

I had a great experience with a Team approach From the very beginning I was welcomed and taken care of. My salesman Spyros was very friendly and was interested in finding out what I was looking fo From the very beginning I was welcomed and taken care of. My salesman Spyros was very friendly and was interested in finding out what I was looking for and how he could help. After getting to know my situation he was able to work with my wife and I in coming up with an offer that showed he was listening to us. We had an opportunity to speak with one of the finance managers Sam he was great to work with and answered all of our question. Even when we changed our minds he was able to quickly fine another car that really blow us away and left us feeling satisfied with our decision. The whole team including Karen who helped with the paperwork, made the experience enjoyable and easy. Once again I was pleased with my experience at Roush Honda. More

My sales person, Cameron, was there for me when ever I had a question or wasn't able to visit when I said I would. He followed up with me without being pushy. I knew he would be there with a welcome smile when I came in the store. He knew the car and helped me find the car for me. Will the business person was really good at his job too.
