Excellent Experience I can only say excellent things about our experience at Roush Honda. My wife and I walked into Roush Honda with no knowledge of the organization exce I can only say excellent things about our experience at Roush Honda. My wife and I walked into Roush Honda with no knowledge of the organization except it had a Costco connection. Our son - a student at The Ohio State University - had a very old car that needed to be replaced before we returned to New York. Unfortunately due to time constraints, we had just one day to complete the transaction. We met with Zach LaChappelle and he walked us through the entire process quickly and professionally. Zach answered all of our questions and made sure that what we needed for our son was provided. We will recommend to others that they see Zach before they buy a Honda. We must also give credit to Casey Brindley, Cameron Dean and Mike Dunlap for their assistance in our transaction. More

He was ve Our lease was coming up on our 2015 Honda Civic, and our rep Lee Cohen was proactive in reaching out to us to talk to us about our options. He was very thorough on advising us on all of our options, and went out of his way to secure the deal that we were looking for. We ended up picking out a brand new CR-V. On Lee's recommendation, we filled out the paperwork on Roush's website the night before our appointment. This made the whole process a lot smoother day of. Lee had everything prepped and ready to go. The showroom is expansive and clean, with complimentary coffee and free WiFi. Everyone we interacted with on the floor and in the office treated us with kindness and appreciation. Lee gave us a thorough explanation of the features, and we were out the door in under two hours with our new car! We now recommend Roush (and Lee) to all our family and friends! More

The Best Experience on Purchasing a car. OUTSTANDING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND and THE BEST is how I would describe my experience with purchasing my car from Roush Honda. I started this adventure OUTSTANDING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND and THE BEST is how I would describe my experience with purchasing my car from Roush Honda. I started this adventure on March 21, 2018 which is the day I met Casey Brindley. I was referred to Casey by a very good friend of his and I thought I was meeting a salesman and to Mike then introduced me to the finance guy-Tim and he also had those same outstanding qualities that Casey and Mike displayed. The very next day Tim called me and told me he has found a vehicle that would fit my needs, but unfortunately I was not able to get back to the dealership until Friday and the car they had for me had been sold. Feeling somewhat discouraged, I shared with Mike that I just wanted something reliable that would fit my budget. Mike then took me around the property to see if there was something else I liked and there was nothing at that time. He then advised me that they had just gotten some cars in that were in the process of being certified and he took me to the garage area to look at those vehicles. When he opened the door he began talking to me about what was available and before he could even take to look at the cars, I spotted what I claimed to be my car, which was a black 2015 Honda Civic SE model with black interior. We looked the vehicle over and it only had 17,000+ miles and was spotless. We then went and spoke with Tim and the vehicle was a little out of the range of my budget and Tim told me to give him some time and he would get back to me. On March 27, 2018 I became the proud owner of the car. :) When I purchased the car on that day, I was having a horrible migraine headache and Mike went and purchased me a Sprite to help settle my stomach. He was very concerned about how I was feeling and he got through the paperwork in a timely manner. This has been the most wonderful car experience that I have ever had and just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU TO Casey, Mike and Tim and the Roush Honda family. Excellent purchase experience I was price shopping. I had received a quote from another dealer that did not meet my needs. As a new family of four, my husband and I were attempting to make the decision between a minivan and a crossover. Casey did an excellent job helping us weigh the options. Once we decided to purchase used, Ray Moore really helped us to choose the best vehicle. Although the Honda Odysseys were on a Stop Sale, Ray allowed us to look inside each vehicle we were considering and went above and beyond in his communication, professionalism, and assistance. The process was pain free, no strings attached, transparent, and we are thrilled with the minivan. Ray's patience with my husband and I (mostly me) in making this decision was unmatched.
