I love this Dealership....This is my 7th car I love this dealership, professional and honest to deal with. This is like my 7th car I have purchased there and each time I have been treated so wel I love this dealership, professional and honest to deal with. This is like my 7th car I have purchased there and each time I have been treated so well. From the front door courtesy clerk to the gentleman washing the windows. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. I have alway felt that I have been treated fairly and honestly when purchasing my car/SUV's. No hidden agendas just a down to earth lets get this deal accomplished. As a professional sales representative myself and a woman I have been shown respect every time I come into the dealership. That is my number one criteria when dealing with others. Karen Matthews in Finance Dept is so professional and upbeat. I love working with her. Actually, I told the Sales Manager Casey on Monday that I would not finance my new purchase with anyone other than Karen....She is the BEST. Very helpful and informative Lexy was very helpful and informative when I was looking at purchasing a 2017 Accord Hybrid. Outstanding service! I was nervous about visiting a dealership. I did not want the pressure of buying or worries if I was being taken advantage of or lied too. My husband I was nervous about visiting a dealership. I did not want the pressure of buying or worries if I was being taken advantage of or lied too. My husband and I decided to go to Roush Honda just to see what they had on their lot. Needless to say we came home with a new Honda Odyssey that we love! It was NOT because of pressure or dis-honesty why we bought this new van. It was because of the time taken without pressure explaining a lease verses a purchase and new or used vehicles. It was the time Spyros spent with us going over all the options on the van again with no pressure! I was a nervous mess through this process and Spyros was calm. The politeness of the entire sales team was outstanding. If you are shopping for a new or used Honda visit Roush Honda. They will treat you as you deserve as their customer! More

I cannot thank Shawn enough for his patience and willingness to explain in detail everything to me that I had questions on. I had originally went in to discuss my options on my leased 2015 Honda Civic because I was over on my mileage. I ended up leaving there with a brand new 2017 Honda Accord Sport that I absolutely love! I would easily recommend Roush Honda to any of my friends and family. Change of heart I have visited this dealership on several occasions and each time I walked away feeling disappointed and offended. Because of the location, my husban I have visited this dealership on several occasions and each time I walked away feeling disappointed and offended. Because of the location, my husband and I would look at cars at Roush Honda but I always walked away vowing to never purchase a vehicle from them. When I walk into any place of business and after 20-30 not one salesperson acknowledges my presence, I don't feel a need to spend my money at that establishment. Last year we again visited the dealership when we were considering another Honda but with intentions to buy it from Roush however, this time the experience was totally different. We were acknowledged by not only several salesmen but the manager also came and spoke with us and we ended up working with a salesmen by the name of Josh. Although we decided to wait another year to purchase a vehicle, the experience was so great I kept his business card. I said if we decide to get a Honda, I would first go back to Roush and work with Josh; one year later that's what I did. Unfortunately, we learned that Josh was no longer employed there and I thought, 'oh boy here we go." Interestingly enough, the same manger that we met last year, greeted us and said he would put us in good hands...and he did! We worked with Shawn Risner and oh my, what a great experience. Shawn was extremely professional. He followed up with us while we were narrowing down our decision of what carmaker we were going to move forward with but he wasn't overbearing nor pushy. We have purchased many vehicles, (five of them being Honda's) and this was the best car buying experience I've had. My opinion of Roush has completely changed and I look forward to recommending others to Roush to work with Shawn and have to same buying experience I had. The customer service was an A+! More
