Working with Casey was the ideal car buying experience. After searching for months, I finally found the deal I was looking for. This was not the stereotypical wheeling and dealing dealership. They price listed was the bottom line number, end of story. I found this to be a far more enjoyable technique than going back and forth with the dealership and playing games. Casey was willing to immediately arrange an appointment, coming in off-shift, to accomodate my schedule and give me a chance to look at this vehicle before the opportunity passed me up. Despite the fact that the vehicle was a Ford truck, not the typical vehicle found at a MB dealership, Casey did his homework and obtained as much information on the vehicle as he could to make a fantastic presentation of it. I'm thrilled with my new vehicle and couldn't imagine a better buying experience. This is a first class dealership from the sales staff to the finance team. More

The reason for this review is to let the public know what a wonderful experience my husband and I had buying a Mercedes-Benz. Granted it was used, but what a beautiful vehicle. In any event, our salesperson, a wonderful experience my husband and I had buying a Mercedes-Benz. Granted it was used, but what a beautiful vehicle. In any event, our salesperson, Casey Duffy, was not only pleasant and personable but very accommodating as far as getting us in the car and out the door. Wait,it wasn't like that. It was even better. There were some scratches on the vehicle, it was an 01, and I wasn't happy, so what did Casey do? He had all the scratches painted, the car was spotless inside & out. I couldn't have been more pleased. Think about it. A ten (10) year old. Did Casey really have to do all he did? Not really. But because he's the great salesperson he is, he went above & beyond and we would go back to Mercedes of Annapolis in a heartbeat. Thanks Casey More
