I have always had a nice experience at this dealership but this visit was exceptional. Due to a mistake on my part when scheduling I in fact did not have a slot reserved. Since I drive 70 miles to get t but this visit was exceptional. Due to a mistake on my part when scheduling I in fact did not have a slot reserved. Got there at 3 pm for a scheduled service. I was the last person to leave at 5:35 pm. However they do a good job and did the following things: inspection, tire rotation, oil change, and change I was the last person to leave at 5:35 pm. However they do a good job and did the following things: inspection, tire rotation, oil change, and changed key fob batteries. I trust this shop and the guys working but I think their scheduling needs to be more on point. And they need an office person that actually stays in the office. I would still return because of the trust I have in the mechanics. More

I own a driving business and have used this service center and dealership for the last since 2011. I have never not been called back until now for service. I’ve had the car in for the same problem 3 ti center and dealership for the last since 2011. I have never not been called back until now for service. I’ve had the car in for the same problem 3 times in the last year. 1st time was covered under warranty. The problem is back within the same year and now I’m responsible. It is also a problem I have never heard of and the fact that it’s happened 3 times in a year makes me feel like there could possibly be an underlying problem that isn’t being addressed. Very frustrating, might be time to move on. Also tried to schedule an oil change and couldn’t schedule for 6 weeks. Wish and hope that I might be able to leave a better review next time if there is one. More
