I recently purchased a 2014 Hyundai Tucson from Crown Hyundai. I am very pleased with my SUV and my experience! I got a great car for a great price. Mark La Haie was awesome. Just want to give an A+ rating to Jennifer Irvin!! Her service was above excellent! She went out of her way to answer all my questions and took the time to go over all the details on my new Santa Fe! I started my shopping experience on the phone to save time. I called different dealers this way to see who could get my daughter into one of their vehicles within my budget because I knew exactly what I time. I called different dealers this way to see who could get my daughter into one of their vehicles within my budget because I knew exactly what I was looking for. Right away the salesman Rashawn wanted to earn my business while some of the others didn't really take me very serious. I was down to two good deals between Hyundai and Toyota (im a die hard Toyota fan), but Rashawn and his managers worked hard to give me a deal i couldn't refuse. The transaction continued seamlessly in person and the car itself was even better then I expected. They not only met my expectations, they exceeded it. Every staff member encountered were accomadating and the environment very welcoming. I was so pleased with the whole experience that I decided im buying a car for myself now. More

Great Buying Experience and Incredible SUV I just purchased a Palisade Limited from Crown Hyundai and the whole experience was awesome. Ryan Gibb and Casey Newman were great to work with and I felt this dealership was very honest about pricing and they were fast to get the deal done. I am usually a very hard negotiator but this was quick and painless. Oh and the Palisade? Amazing vehicle - so glad I this SUV and the Limited is loaded! First and second row cooled seats!! Love it!
