It started well with the recalls being done. I parked my car back at one of my homes. I don’t drive it then 2 weeks later when I go for a drive the engine light is on. I return to the dealership, they charg car back at one of my homes. I don’t drive it then 2 weeks later when I go for a drive the engine light is on. I return to the dealership, they charge 225 to figure it out when they were the one who made that light lit up. I went to my home mechanic instead, he fixed it in less than an hour and for nearly nothing since the dealership didn’t do their job proper. I was open to the idea of a dealership but if I had to redo it all, after the facts, Fiat Santa Monica would have gone straight to the bureau of transportation. More

My overall service experience at this dealership was good. Staff are friendly. I understand the real estate is the issue but it would provide a better customer experience if it has a bigger waiting area good. Staff are friendly.
