It would be nice if the mechanic spoke with me more clearly. 1 they left my steering wheel dirty and they didn’t even put a plastic on steering wheel or chair and a paper mat. Especially during these times we are trying to be careful with COVID. He told us we only have the modes we need to replace and as I read the paper, it said we had to do the spark plugs too... I never declined it bc I was never told of the other parts. If I would have known I would have done the job. We got this car from the dealership not the street. The only people that were helpful were one guy in the office who even gave eye contact via others just acted busy. More

It was my first visit to the dealership for service. Casey was absolutely wonderful explaining exactly what would be done, including the rental. I think $2200 is a lot for a tuneup and oil change! Also car was returned to me without being washed lacks Class! Every dealership gives you a clean car back. Especially these days!! I came into the dealership for a checkup and was given a possible reason and assigned a mechanic by the name of Pedro. He was to examine my car and call me in an hour. After an hour I returned to pick up my possible reason and assigned a mechanic by the name of Pedro. He was to examine my car and call me in an hour. After an hour I returned to pick up my car snd found out that Pedro was not available to tell me the results of his check up and I was unable to get a bill and or an explaination of the problem. I had to wait an additional hour before I got an report on the status of my car, got the bill and left. Unfortunately this was not the only issue I have had with this dealership, but my regular mechanic was unable to help with the current issue so I brought it back.
