Excellent customer service. Mr Caddy made a mistake on paperwork.. Wrong number for color of the car. He admitted the mistake and immediately fixed it. The dealership is state of the art. They give you a tour of their service department when you buy a car. Amazing. There was no pressure on the deal either. We are so happy we chose this dealership and we did spent alot of time researching different options before hearing about you from friend who also purchased this month a vehicle from Casey. When we started following the 2025 Subaru vehicle was amazed how Subaru offers so much for the buyer. With being pretty much lifetime Toyota driver to change was a big deal. We are so happy with the purchase and the support the whole dealership offers us both now and support in the future (service, working with our schedules, and advancements to their building, service bays, coffee shop. They definitely go way beyond what we have seen and I believe fully in dealership servicing of my vehicle as the past vehicles have shown me that this is the best long term investment as we believe service is as important which has proven itself in my vehicle resale/trade in values in the past.
