I originally came in for a transmission replacement. After I had it replaced, it started making a noise that it never made before I went into the shop. The Salesman was nice, BUT whenever I have gotten my car back, it always made a new noise that it wasn’t making. I sent the car back in for them to check it out since it was a new noise. They told me that it was a loose bracket to my exhaust. They charged me for the diagnosis and told me it was going to be over $200 for tightening a bracket. That is ridiculous. I am utterly annoyed with the service provided. Now it’s making a new noise for my A/C fan right when I started my car after they gave me the keys. On top of all of that, they took a whole week to figure out that it was a loose bracket. A WHOLE WEEK. And they took over a week for them to fix my transmission. They are not timely and I don’t feel like I was cared for or a valued customer. I had to keep on asking the salesperson for an update since he didn’t frequently update me by himself. I am super not happy and I’ll never be going back to any Subaru again for anything. More

By far, and without any hyperbole, the absolute worst service of any type that I have ever received the entirety of my adult life. Your cellphone, located at the center of the earth, would get better ser service of any type that I have ever received the entirety of my adult life. At one point, I literally asked the GM if he thought it was their service or Subaru's product that is keeping the lights on at their location.
