It was extremely difficult to schedule service. I had to call 5 times over a couple of weeks and no one would return my call in service. I go to pick up my car and the Zurich shield had not been I had to call 5 times over a couple of weeks and no one would return my call in service. It is also ridiculous to have to pay for gas in a courtesy car. More
