The actual purchasing of the vehicle was a straightforward experience; it was everything that followed which was a nightmare. The finance software charged us for our downpayment twice, which took several phone calls throughout a week to get resolved. Also, during the purchasing the grill and fog light were broken. The salesman, Casey Thomas, assured us the parts had been ordered, and he would call us to bring the car in to be repaired. Fast-forward three months, we had not received a call. When we called and were transferred to the service department – they had no idea about the parts or repairs. They told us they would look into it and get back to us. Once again fast-forward a week and we had also not heard back from them. At this point, I sent an email to the sales manager explaining the situation asking for (1) a response and (2) a solution. Within minutes I received an email back from Casey Thomas, the salesman, apologizing for how this had slipped through the cracks and he would order the parts and arrange for a courtesy car during the time of the repair. My husband was texting back and forth with Casey regarding setting up a time to drop off the car – they agreed on Wednesday at 9 am. When my husband came to drop off the car, the front desk associate told him that, “Casey doesn’t get here until 10 am.” So, a different salesperson came out to assist him. At the end of the day when we were notified our car repair was complete, we were told our keys would be at the front desk so we could grab them. When we arrived, they were not there. So once again, another salesperson came out to help us and took us to service to see if they were there, he called Casey Thomas who, unsurprisingly, did not know where to find the keys. We were told to wait while the other salesperson went looking for the keys. So, as we were standing in the customer parking area, unloading the loaner vehicle, I noticed my car. When we walked up to my car we found it unlocked, which is never ideal in Little Rock. After we had moved everything over, we saw the helpful sales associate who finally had found our keys and finally left this dealership behind us. All in all, it was a horrific experience. I love Subaru, but I will never go back to this dealership, and I cannot encourage you enough to find another associate besides Casey Thomas. More

Excellent customer service. Mr Caddy made a mistake on paperwork.. Wrong number for color of the car. He admitted the mistake and immediately fixed it. The dealership is state of the art. They give you a tour of their service department when you buy a car. Amazing. There was no pressure on the deal either.
