I usually don’t write reviews and have never dealt with Luther St. Cloud Honda before but here goes the best possible review anyone can give......read on to find out why from someone who isn’t easily impre Luther St. Cloud Honda before but here goes the best possible review anyone can give......read on to find out why from someone who isn’t easily impressed, let alone by someone selling me a car. I bought a used Chevy Traverse trade in from them a month or so ago. I saw the car online and went to look at it. The sales guy I talked to was a no pressure guy and the car was immaculate so I test drove it and everything worked, it drove out great and I bought it. He did offer that he could get me into a Honda Pilot for a little more (which maybe I should have done) but I’m an old Chevy guy (the Traverses have some issues but my wife wanted to go there) so we went there. They offer a 1500 mile warranty on used cars free without buying an extended warranty. The Car-Fax service records were great with oil changes at least every 3000 miles by the same local dealer and some other expected service replacement equipment - had about 40 services on Car-Fax. So I felt good without buying the extra warranty. The first week I noticed a small coolant leak so I called Honda and they got me right in. They replaced the water pump and also noticed a small transmission line leak so they fixed that too. I got it back in a day and then my wife told me the air wasn’t working properly and that the brake pedal had stuck while she was in a drive through and she had to lift it with her foot to disengage it so I brought it back again. The service folks were amazing in that there was absolutely no pushback. They were going to fix any problems at all with the car and even had to send it to a Chevy dealer on the brake issue which turned up to be a problem with a mounting bracket for an aftermarket auto-start that was mounted backwards and hanging up the brake pedal intermittently. We then took the car on a long trip with only about 500 miles on it since we bought it. In Arkansas the car locked up twice while rolling back in reverse from a parked position with a loud popping noise. I called them and explained that the car was just under the 1500 miles but would be over that by the time I got back to MN. They said bring it in. They found the problem, fixed it and I’ve never been happier with a sales and service crew than what is at Luther St. Cloud Honda. I believe they went above and beyond. I think I know all the service guys by their 1st names now. I’ve got a good buddy that swears by Hondas and the next car I buy is going to be there, whether a Honda or not. More

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. There were 5 recalls that needed to be completed. I was given a 2021 Honda CRV to use while my car was being serviced. The service department is outstanding. Dane did an outstanding job of taking care of our needs. This was very much appreciated. The Luther dealership is always very friendly and courteous. More
