ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTIONI don’t buy new cars ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION I don’t buy new cars everyday and Town and Country Preys on people like me. 2021 F8 Green Durango “tow and go” ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION I don’t buy new cars everyday and Town and Country Preys on people like me. 2021 F8 Green Durango “tow and go” (Last 6 of vin 819986) I ordered a vehicle on 6/28/2021 with an agreement that the micro chip problem was not a thing and it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery. 16 weeks later I got an email saying my vehicle has arrived (after no communication for weeks) I Had the opportunity to inspect and drive the vehicle BEFORE it was prepped. Upon visual inspection I noticed the drivers side rear quarter panel had a deep scratch and on the passenger side, the side walls of both tires were damaged ( curb rash ) On a $61,000 vehicle this is not acceptable. Sales chose to do nothing to rectify the situation. Upon closer inspection of the paper work, the salesman that I previously was dealing with 6/28(got fired) gave me a quote of sticker price On 10/2 I received another copy and was $1,000 over sticker price! I did not receive delivery after all these events. If you want to get fed lies and excuses go to Town and Country. More
