Terrible, TERRIBLE, scam. I went in a month ago for a technical issue with my door. They tried to charge me for a part they replaced that didn't fix the issue. I refused and s I went in a month ago for a technical issue with my door. They tried to charge me for a part they replaced that didn't fix the issue. I refused and said I'd return when the back-ordered part was in stock. I came back in to fix my door, and they informed me that I needed a new alternator because a spool valve was leaking on it. They claimed it needed jumping twice, and that if I didn't replace the alternator, and a new battery for $2,000 They said "I may be in a worse situation, likely a tow to the nearest shop" Since I hadn't needed to jump my car recently I felt this was shady. It was weird to me they didn't immediately bring me my car but took it back into the shop before returning it to me after I paid. Against their recommendation, I left and immediately took it to Brakes Plus nearby. Breaks Plus informed me the battery was at 86% life and the alternate was bone dry. Confirming I was being scammed, not once but twice. Do not get your Honda serviced here. you'll end up buying more than what you need. More
