Great car buying experience! My family did a lot of internet research and visited multiple dealerships before going to Longo. Longo had, by far, the largest selection of Certified Pre-Owned vehicles from which to choose. Cassey was great! He made us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped onto the lot and was extremely helpful, informative and patient with us as we test drove several vehicles. Once we decided upon the car we liked, Cassey made the buying experience extremely easy. He was honest and never resorted to high pressure sales tactics unlike the other dealerships that we visited. He took care of all of the fine details quickly and to our satisfaction (non working dome light, glue on the upholstery and missing floor mats). Knowing that we were under a time crunch, he arranged to get us through Finance in record time. I would definitely highly recommend Longo Toyota and Cassey in particular! More
