The night before I did my research on a specific car and set up an appointment to come My experience at Longo Toyota in El Monte was nice and smooth. The night before I did my research on a specific car and set up an appointment to come see it the following day. Cassey my service representative knew exactly which car it was and where it was located in the lot. I took it for a test drive and was sold. This was my first car so I was very nervous. Cassey answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy the car. He went over different rates until we came with a healthy median. I had an issue with my radio and Cassey followed up with me so we can get it Serviced as soon as possible. He even washed my car for me to speed up the process. Thanks Cassey for your assistance !
