We found Cathy to be up front and yes actually Honest-- very refreshing. I would recommend her to anyone who is embarking on the car purchasing/leasing adventure. the overall experience was good although there are always those who work the behind the scene information lurking in the background, they were just slightly obvious and not overwhelmingly obvious. frank and tracey, wolcott More

Great experience with preowned purchase I found a certified preowned Ford Raptor at Shaker. The dealership is more than three hours from my home (I live in PA), but the advertised price of I found a certified preowned Ford Raptor at Shaker. The dealership is more than three hours from my home (I live in PA), but the advertised price of the truck was good so I decided to call about it. Cathy Reed (the salesperson) was very helpful on the phone and was more than happy to answer my many questions (I had never purchased a car from afar before). I put a deposit on the truck at about 4 pm on Saturday and it was ready for me to pick up on Monday morning. The dealership experience was among the best I have had and Cathy and Manny (finance) were both helpful, friendly, thorough and, importantly, fast. I definitely recommend Cathy and this dealership. I would consider them even for a new car purchase (i.e. when, in general, the product itself is the same at any Ford dealership) despite the distance from my home, and may have to do so when they get ahold of the new Shelby gt350. More
