I had come in on a short notice appointment, and was very much in the shopping around phase of looking at a new car. Lisa had answered the phone and was very accommodating, and spent most of the day with much in the shopping around phase of looking at a new car. Lisa had answered the phone and was very accommodating, and spent most of the day with me looking at different cars and options, and was incredibly patient with me even when I had gone in a completely different direction of style of car I was looking for then when I had walked in. I ended up purchasing something that day and I'm very happy with the Rogue I ended up with, and she spent the time making sure I knew how to use the additional features I was unaware with. She was also great with following up in the weeks afterwards to make sure I didn't have any questions or issues. With the dealership itself, I had a check engine light come on a week after getting the car, and the service department was able to get me in the next morning and quickly found out it was just a bad battery. They had my car back to me before noon, and were incredibly professional and communicative. I had never purchased from a dealership before, and am very happy with the level of service. More
