Sheri was extremely responsive and we are so happy to have met her, completed the deal on the car we wanted, and overall 100% happy. All questions and concerns were addressed immediately. I have been waiting for my tags for almost 60 days, My temp has been expired and i got a ticket from the state police. I cant drive my vehicle at all now. I talked to the title people 3 weeks ago and they temp has been expired and i got a ticket from the state police. I cant drive my vehicle at all now. I talked to the title people 3 weeks ago and they blame DMV in delaware. I talked to the GM this week and he blames the DMV in Delaware. NOBODY wants to lift a ringer to help me solve this problem. They just want to deflect ths issue somewhere else. I was at Delaware DMV yesterday and they told me if I had more information that they could help me out . I called the dealer again and now i get no response. the sign of a good company is that when they have an issue with a customer that they step up and do anything they can for fix the problem. I have a buyer for this vehicle and I cant sell with no registration . This has now cost me over $3000 in value for the vehicle. I tried to contact them requesting this info and I get crickets. More

I found the experience with Hall Toyota to be surprising. I was expecting the whole high pressure sales game but what I found instead was someone willing to listen. My salesman, Brad Turner was extremely pro I was expecting the whole high pressure sales game but what I found instead was someone willing to listen. My salesman, Brad Turner was extremely professional and put me at ease right away. It was an enjoyable experience and the entire sales team at Elizabeth City Toyota definitely earned my respect and gratitude. More
