Excellent dealership!!! We came to the dealership actually for an oil change on our old vehicle and was interested in looking at a newer Jeep Cherokee. Sara from service was super nice and helped alot with getting us set up with someone from sales to look at a vehicle we had in mind. Kathy McCarthy was our sales lady and she was really nice and welcoming. She was very pleasant and accomodating as i can't walk far, she brought the vehicle around to us so that we could check it out without me having to go far. She explained all the great features of the 2019 Grand Jeep Cherokee. After looking at the Jeep we were sold!!! We worked with Kathy to get everything set up, i don't remember everyone's name that we had talked to there.... but everyone was really really nice at Whitten in Ashland. Ive never been to a dealership like Whitten of Ashland where everyone was so accommodating and very pleasant to talk to. I give Whitten of Ashland a 10 star rating because EVERYONE was super super nice!!! Thank You Kathy and EVERYONE at Whitten of Ashland Service and sales for always being a great dealership!!! I put in a request late Wed night and by 9AM Thursday they had called, texted, and emailed me to confirm an appt for that afternoon (exactly in the time frame I requested). Cathy was amazing to work with and went above and beyond for me. This was my first solo vehicle purchase and it could have been overwhelming but thanks to her she made it as easy as possible. The price was also quite reasonable which is always a plus! Great experience. More
