First Time Jeep Owner My wife and I have been in the market for a Jeep for a few months now and I have been to multiple dealerships on numerous occasions. No one ever seeme My wife and I have been in the market for a Jeep for a few months now and I have been to multiple dealerships on numerous occasions. No one ever seemed to want to sell me a car. I did all my own research, went to lots and looked to see what they had on site and pretty much would sell myself a vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Whitten Brothers in Ashland and was immediately greated by Cathy who went right into actually trying to sell me a vehicle. She was patient with my constant choice corrections and found us something that was close to what we wanted. The sales manager even helped us find a newer model Wrangler at another one of Whitten lots and had it brought up to their location by that evening for us to test drive. Overall the experience was a painless as possible, accept maybe for the wallet! Unfortunately we did not get to meet with the service staff as it was late in the evening and the finance manager seemed a little upset we didn't add on another added cost, but over im glad I went to Whitten and look forward to many years of quality service. More
