However, I was pleasantly suprised with how laid back their sales approach was and that’s what ultimately made my decision to end up buying a new truck from them. Cathy (as well as everyone else there I met with that day) was not like most of the sales people I had recently interacted with at other dealerships. She wasn’t pushy on values or the extras they offer when it came down to generating a price. She simply offered to show me everything on the truck, put together an aggressive offer price upfront, and let the dealerships reputation for customer service speak for itself. That’s what I was really looking for! More

That was not the case at Whitten Brothers with Cathy as my sales representative. She listed to what I was looking for, and presented actual solutions. She didn't up sell me, she taught me about what I was looking at. Her demeanor was light, humorous, friendly and at no point pressure oriented. Ray, the finance manager provided me with several options and ultimately got my interest rate and term where it needed to be.
