Shannon & Caitlin did a great job from start to finish. I was kept well informed on my vehicle delivery date and my vehicle was pretty much ready to go when I arrived for pickup. I had never bought a vehicle was kept well informed on my vehicle delivery date and my vehicle was pretty much ready to go when I arrived for pickup. I had never bought a vehicle sight unseen before, but I was very happy with the appearance. It took approximately 2 hours to complete the entire transaction. They both offered their continued support as I took ownership of the 2021 Telluride. Mark back in financing was great as well. Buying this new vehicle was a great experience over all. More

They were very knowledgeable, professional and worked my Sorento lease/purchase several ways to find the best deal for me. Caitlin took the time to discuss the differences with me while Shannon was running different financial scenarios. Purchased New KIA Optima - Good Experience A few weeks ago I contacted Martin KIA to look at a new car. Caitlin Osborne contacted me and I went down and did test drives of an Optima and Forte. A few weeks ago I contacted Martin KIA to look at a new car. Caitlin Osborne contacted me and I went down and did test drives of an Optima and Forte. I liked the Optima best. Also went to other KIA dealers and other brands dealers. Caitlin was the most consistent with following up. I narrowed down to my favorite car. I negotiated the final price over the phone and email. I feel i got as good a deal as i could have gotten. I'm happy!! More
