Purchased New KIA Optima - Good Experience A few weeks ago I contacted Martin KIA to look at a new car. Caitlin Osborne contacted me and I went down and did test drives of an Optima and Forte. A few weeks ago I contacted Martin KIA to look at a new car. Caitlin Osborne contacted me and I went down and did test drives of an Optima and Forte. I liked the Optima best. Also went to other KIA dealers and other brands dealers. Caitlin was the most consistent with following up. I narrowed down to my favorite car. I negotiated the final price over the phone and email. I feel i got as good a deal as i could have gotten. I'm happy!! More
