He was patient with all of my questions and did everything in his power to make my experience at Rivera Honda a memorable one. He was very confident that I would drive out of there that day with my dream truck. Another star employee was Covene. Wow. She was so professional, so lovely and caring. She also went above and beyond to help me that day. Jose and Covene should be recognized for how well they work together. Going to a dealership always makes me a little apprehensive. He even got our insurance coverage on my cell phone. {This would have taken us hours on the computer!} Cavene explained options available and handled the title transfer. We have called Kelvin a few times with questions and he always respond quickly and answers our questions. It's a nice personal touch that Mr. Brown spoke with us and congratulated us on our purchase.
