I arrived at 10 after eight after she checked me in and did the paperwork for my oil change and tire rotation she told me it would be about an hour or so. I went to wait in the waiting room spoke with some customers made some calls after about an hour and a half I decided to come and see if my car was ready when I went back to exact same spot I parked it. Nothing had been done. I asked is my car ready she said yes I said nothing's been done on it. 00 no it's not ready. You just got here. I said no I've been here over an hour and a half. I said please give me my keys. I'm leaving now get the picture. I have been bringing my car there for years and the car previous to this. I was never treated so poorly anywhere. I have a very bad taste in my mouth right now for Hollywood Chrysler to say the least. More

Mi experiencia en este concesionario fue muy mala. La atención al cliente es desorganizada, la comunicación es pobre y no cumplen con un servicio profesional. Es difícil obtener información clara y no se siente responsabilidad hacia el cliente. Lo único que funcionó bien fue el servicio de cambio de aceite. La joven Caylie Salazar que recibe a los clientes en la computadora fue respetuosa, organizada y eficiente. También el técnico que realizó el cambio de aceite hizo un trabajo excelente. Ellos sí representan lo que debería ser el servicio al cliente. Fuera de esa área, el concesionario deja mucho que desear. Necesitan mejorar urgentemente en responsabilidad, organización y trato al cliente. More
