I received poor service during an oil change, and new tires mount and balance. My wheels where not balanced, and valve stem caps were missing. My truck shook violently upon leaving. Service was closing so I had to return Monday and miss work to get the issue corrected. My vehicle still shakes at high speeds, not to mention when leaving the 2nd time I heard loud knocks in the wheel area, I believe that some of the weights came off. I took my truck to another shop and had it fixed. I will not be returning to Hollywood Chrysler Jeep for any future service. More
