Caysen was wonderful to work with. Very low pressure and we were able to test drive on our own. Really appreciate his professionalism and how easy he made the whole purchasing process. Discussing financing with the dealer for a better rate was interesting. Not everyone wants a warranty. When we refused, William tried to equate keeping full coverage insurance on a paid off vehicle to purchasing a warranty through them. Full coverage insurance covers not only collision, but bodily harm, damage from storms, etc. Refusing is all personal risk and should be the buyers choice. We don’t like to gamble with thousands of dollars and we certainly felt some tension upon refusal of the warranty. No means no, especially when spending $35k at your dealership. Aside from the uncomfortable conversation around warranties, the buying experience was seamless. We would recommend Caysen to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

The maintenance department has never fixed my problem unless it’s a car they sale me. I always take in my vehicle they give me some line that it can’t be fixed.
