Excellent Service Cecil Ball was an outstanding sales representative. Cecil was honest and made us feel comfortable about the purchase throughout the entire process. There were a few minor cosmetic issues with the truck, but Cecil promised he would have those fixed. Cecil was a man of his word, and had the truck looking good as new. Kevin was also a tremendous help. Kevin is the guy behind the scenes who get things done! Kevin fixed the cosmetic issues and did a fantastic job. Both Cecil and Kevin worked as team in order to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. I would recommend Lenoir City Ford, and Cecil Ball to anyone.
